It’s a busy time at Saint Philip’s!

Even as our thoughts and energy are focused on saying goodbye to Father Robert—and on welcoming Father Richard Mallory as our Interim—a team has been formed to begin the work of identifying and recruiting Saint Philip’s next Rector.

Starting in September, the Search Committee will work through the process of drafting a Parish Profile and job description, advertising the opportunity within the nationwide Episcopal church, selecting candidates for interviews and visits, and making recommendations to the Vestry and to the Bishop.

When asked by the Vestry, the following people agreed to serve on the Search Committee:

The committee is committed to keeping you updated regularly as it works to fulfill this most important task. Based on our prior experience, we anticipate that the search will take somewhere between six months and a year.
