2026 Annual Meeting

Bonnie Winn

I first attended Saint Philip’s in 2004 when my husband and I spent the winter in Tucson. We chose Saint Philip’s as our church because my husband was a cradle Episcopalian, and the music was so fine. I volunteered in the after-school music program, and we both became ushers.

When Tucson became my permanent home, I joined the choir in 2013, and the following year began volunteering as a music librarian. I had managed three choir residencies for my former church, and in 2016, managed the first choir residency for Saint Philip’s.

A few years later, I became Stewardship Chair and then Junior Warden. It is an honor to be invited to continue to serve Saint Philip’s for another year as we grow in community and faith.

Ana Nygren

I have a long history with Saint Philip’s. I’ve been a member since 1985 and, in that time, have been involved in various capacities such as the Vestry, Finance Committee, Sunday school, Newcomers Committee, and the Altar Guild.

My education and background are in accounting. For the past 40 years I worked with the Murphey Trust and am now President of the John and Helen Murphey Foundation.

Matt Bonaime

I was born into a Roman Catholic family and was raised in that church. Despite that—or maybe because of that—I always felt a connection to the Episcopal Church. My wife, Alice, and I married in an Episcopal church in South Carolina. Saint Philip’s has felt like a second family to us and we have enjoyed being able to serve in a variety of ways.

I appreciate the Vestry’s role and being asked to serve on it is an honor. I hope to put my experience leading my business to good use while the Vestry navigates some large projects and important staffing changes.

Page Chancellor

Growing up in Tucson, my family joined Saint Philip’s while I was in the third grade. We attended services mostly at Christmas, Easter, and Saint Philip’s Day.

In 1994, after college and law school, I visited Saint Philip’s again and immediately felt at home. My twin daughters experienced Sunday School, Youth group, attended their pilgrimage, and served as acolytes almost every Sunday. Since they graduated and moved away, I primarily attend the 7:45am service.

If elected, this will be my second time serving on the Vestry; my first term was 2015-2018. I have also served the church as a hospital visitor and condolence writer.

I am a Managing Partner of Goldberg & Osborne, where I have practiced law for more than thirty years. I have been very involved in our Tucson Community as past Capital Campaign Chairman for Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, past Chairman of the Board for Reid Park Zoological Society, Board member of Ben’s Bell’s Board, and many other organizations.

Charlotte Hinkle

I am a native Tucsonan and cradle Episcopalian who was baptized at St. Andrews, and I’ve attended Saint Philip’s for much of my youth and participated in the choir.

I went to the University of Virginia and majored in Chemistry. While at the University of Virginia, I became active in the Episcopal campus ministry and was confirmed in the Diocese of Virginia.

I received a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry from the Ohio State University, where I met my husband, Steve. After living for a short time in New York City, I moved to the Washington, DC suburbs, where I became an active parishioner at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Burke, VA.

While at the Church of the Good Shepherd, I served on the Finance Committee (acting as its secretary), a Rector search committee, and ran the monthly parish breakfast along with my husband. I’ve also served as a Verger, Lay Eucharistic Minister, and on the Altar Guild.

In 2022, Steve and I moved to Tucson. Since moving back, I’ve served at Saint Philip’s in the Hills as a Subdeacon, Verger, Acolyte, and Ministry Endowment Fund Trust (MEFT) trustee and treasurer. My son Joseph is two years old.
