What makes music “Anglican?”

From coronations to royal weddings to “Carols from Kings,” Anglican church music gets lots of airtime. But the Anglican canon is so much broader and more diverse than just these iconic expressions.

Fr Matthew will talk about what we hear at Saint Philip’s and what makes music “Anglican.”

Mosaic gatherings are most Wednesdays. Join us for all or part of the evening—whatever your schedule permits.

5:15pm—Evening Prayer in the Chapel of the Nativity
6:00pm—Dinner in the Murphy Gallery
6:45pm-7:30pm—Discussion in Saint Anne’s Family Center

Volunteers are always invited to help with dinner. Opportunities to help include shopping for ingredients, cooking at home or in Saint Philip’s kitchen, and cleaning up after the meal. If you’d like to help, contact Ana Nygren (nygrenam@msn.com).

The discussions are geared toward adults, but children are always welcome. The nearby Julian Room is available for older children to do homework or play games.
