Welcome, Alex

Saint Philip’s will welcome its newest staff member, Br Alex Swain, this coming Tuesday, June 3. Alex will serve in a dual role as a part-time Vicar at St. Andrew’s and part-time Curate at Saint Philip’s in the Hills.

Alex will be at Saint Philip’s on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and once a month for Sunday worship. During the week he will support CYFM (Children, Youth, and Family Ministries) and work with Mtr Taylor and Kate Appel.

Alex was ordained as a deacon earlier this year. He will be ordained a priest at 11:00am on Saturday, August 23, at Saint Philip’s.
