Since the departure of our Rector in August 2025, leadership and parishioners have undertaken a rigorous and thoughtful discernment process. By way of a parish-wide “Day of Discovery” conversation, a series of focus groups, a survey, and many individual conversations, we have taken a long, hard look at who we are, where we are, where we want to go—and who we need to lead us and walk with us on this next phase of our journey.

This process of determining the profile for our next rector has revealed to us many insights around both our strengths and our opportunities, and has also shown us the strong collaborative ethos among clergy and congregation around ministry, outreach, and fellowship.

This profile is an overview of what has emerged from that process. It is now live on the diocesan portal for interested candidates nationwide to view.
