All about native plants

Saint Philip’s Creation Care Commission will welcome Carianne Funicelli on Sunday, November 3, for a Q&A at 11:30am about plants native to the Sonoran desert. Her consulting firm, Strategic Habitat Enhancements (SHE), helps clients bring nature to their yards by making strategic native plant choices.

Carianne has served as the President of the Society for Ecological Restoration, Southwest Chapter, and of the Tucson Chapter of the Arizona Native Plant Society. She also served a term as the Wildlife Habitat Representative on the City of Tucson’s Landscape Advisory Committee.
