Share your time

It takes a lot of attention and energy to keep Saint Philip’s buildings operating and campus beautiful. Thankfully, through the decades the parish has had committed volunteers who have volunteered their time.

These volunteers help with everything from fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues to painting walls and parking lot stripes. Each has different skills but they all share a willingness to help. (Training and tools will be provided.)

They manage to accomplish a great deal but more volunteers are needed. Parishioner Leo Penn has agreed to oversee this ongoing effort, and says that volunteers don’t need to have any special skills—just an interest in helping.

Volunteers work on different days, including Saturdays. Leo’s hope is that parishioners who work full-time will consider volunteering for a few hours on the weekend.

Please consider this opportunity to help the parish and be in touch with Leo. You can email him at leocpenn@gmail.com. Thank you!
