An invitation

Have you heard about the Companions of the Holy Cross?  It is a group of women committed to prayer, spiritual growth, and is a welcoming faith community of Christian women from all walks of life.

Members are young—and older. They are reverent—and sometimes a little irreverent. They are lively. What they all have in common is a commitment to God to support each other through prayer, service, outreach, spiritual growth, fellowship, and simplicity of life.

Curious?

You can learn more by attending the group’s monthly meeting that will be held 10:00am-1:00pm tomorrow, Saturday, January 21 at Saint Philip’s in the East Murphey Gallery. Parishioner Jen Tellman will present a program on Julian of Norwich, a theologian and woman who speaks to our time.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about Julian and explore if the Companions might speak to your spiritual needs. All are welcome!
