How creation is honored

Much of Saint Philip’s programming and formation for the 2022-2023 program year is built around the themes of creation care and environmental stewardship.

At 10:15am this Sunday, November 13, join Christopher Campbell in the Murphey Gallery East and explore the many references to God's creation in sacred music and liturgy.

This forum will include a selection of hymns and sacred music from both the Anglican and wider Christian tradition, and discuss the breadth of language used to honor the beauty of God in this world. Christopher will explore how liturgical practices sanctify not only Christ the redeemer but God the creator.

All are invited to hear some wonderful music and consider how God's creation is honored in the worship service.
