This is a secret, though perhaps a tough one to keep. For one week only, we have removed Mtr Kelli Joyce’s name from our subscriber list so that we could enlist your help on her behalf. But, shh, remember to keep it a secret. We are also keeping this story off of the website where otherwise all Bell & Tower articles appear.

Mtr Kelli will spend two more Sundays with us before she and Bailey leave for Tennessee where Mtr Kelli begins her doctoral work at Vanderbilt University.

We want to send her off with a “purse”—a cash gift—especially helpful for someone pursuing higher education these days.

There are several ways to give, all of them secure:

• Online Giving: The “purse” has been added to our online giving options. Here is the link. You will need to select “give to purse” from the dropdown menu. Gifts to this fund are personal gifts from one individual to another rather than charitable contributions and therefore, are not tax deductible. We’ll collect gifts for Mtr Kelli in this fund during May and June.

• Checks: Send to our PO Box (65840, Tucson, AZ 85728), with Mtr. Kelli Purse in the memo section.

• Text:  Currently, all text giving is posting to the Mtr. Kelli’s purse. Simply text the dollar amount you’d like to give to 520- 447-1313. If it’s the first time you’ve used text giving, you’ll be asked for your email address and credit card info. This is a secure feature of our church database.

• Other: There will be a basket in the office for the next week in which you may drop a check and/or a card. It will be available during Food Pantry hours, 9:00am until 12:00pm Tuesday and Thursday. The basket also will be available in church on Sunday, May 30, Mtr Kelli’s last day.
