Formation Registration
We are so excited that you are registering your youth(s) as part of the Children, Youth, and Family Ministries 2026-2027 cohort! This brief form will help us gather information to support the formation leaders of our various age groups and ensure we have up-to-date contact information for family members and emergency contacts.
Thank you in advance for filling out our CYFM Registration Form for the 2026-2027 program year!
Formation Year Kick Off Events
Welcome Day: 11:30am, Sunday, August 20
Meet formation leaders and check out formation rooms
Hunger Walk: 8:00am, Saturday, September 12
Our program year kicks off on Sunday, September 13.
But what if we all came together the day before not only for fellowship but to do good for our community?
Today, 1 in 7 people and 1 in 5 children in Arizona are at risk of hunger. This event brings us together, and all funds raised go to support an end to hunger in our community. This is for all ages and features music, entertainment, healthy snacks, games, activities, and more!
This year, CYFM created a team for the annual Hunger Walk put on by the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona! The idea is for us to “Get out, get active, & give back!” to our community. Please join us for this kick-off serve & socialize event for the entire CYFM community!
We will meet up at 8:00am on Saturday, September 12, at the Kino Sports Complex. It’s a 2 mile walk in total, and we’ll get to walk through the Community Food Bank warehouse, learn about the amazing work they do, and then end with a light breakfast along with music, fun, and family activities. AND we all get T-shirts!
Registration is $30.00 for all people 12+, $10.00 for ages 6-11, and free for anyone under the age of 6. If you would like to join but need financial support for registration, don’t hesitate to reach out to Fr Alex!
Register by joining the team here as part of the CYFM Hunger Walk team!
