Congratulations!
Fr Alex has been accepted into the newest cohort of Trinity Leadership Fellows. This competitive fellowship selected 27 fellows from nearly 500 applicants, and the cohort represents a wide range of nationalities and faith traditions.
The fellowship centers on leadership training and cultivates strong bonds between the members in the cohort to “build generations of faithful leadership” for people across all religious backgrounds.
The program will begin with a week-long in-person gathering at Trinity Church in New York City in September.
During the first year, Fr Alex will take courses on adaptive leadership, conflict transformation, change management, church and non-profit management, and community organizing—all within the framework of a faith context.
The second year will focus on implementing a project built from the educational framework in the first year and informed by the community context.
In September 2028, Fr Alex and his colleagues will be inducted into the Trinity Society of Fellows.
This is a wonderful opportunity for learning and growth.
Fr Alex shares, “Seminary may teach you a lot of things, but a firm foundation in leadership practices is limited—necessarily so. I am excited to expand my knowledge and get to know emerging faith leaders from around the world as a part of this program!”
