Preservation & Endowment (P&E) is a separate 501(c)3 tasked with raising and providing funds to the church to care for the campus’ historic elements. Generous donors have contributed to P&E since 1994 primarily through estate gifts.
The Board’s intent is to grow the corpus of money managed while providing capital for the church’s current needs. The typical spending target for preservation projects is 4% of the corpus.
