20s & 30s group
The 20s & 30s group will gather at Choral Evensong at 4:30pm this Sunday, February 16. Following the service—around 5:30pm—they’ll head to the Hop Shop for fellowship.

Thank you to those who joined the first small group discussion this month. The group had a thoughtful and meaningful conversation about why faith matters in their lives today. The next small group meeting will follow the 10:00am service on Sunday, March 1.

My faith journey has been shaped by a love of thoughtful biblical exploration and finding community through worship and music. I sing as a lay clerk in the choir, and I’m pursuing a PhD in Higher Education, focusing on allyship, power, and gender, while also working in DEI education and training. In my free time, I enjoy film, television, reading, and spending time with my family—my wife, Jenni, and our sons, Freddie and Ambrose.

I joined St. Philip’s in February of 2023 and was formally Received in February of 2024. My faith has instilled in me a deep commitment to social justice and to living a life dedicated to helping others. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work at an integrated pain clinic. In my free time, I love crafting, reading, and spending time with my cat.
