Kelsi Vanada

Kelsi is a poet and a literary translator (Spanish to English), so writing is the form of expression that comes most naturally to her. She is always glad when she can share it.

Kelsi grew up in the Evangelical church, and while the Episcopal church has been “home” for several years now (she was confirmed at Saint Philip’s in January 2023), she thinks she’ll always seek fresh ways to think about the Christian faith she was given in her growing-up years—and which looks very different now!

Kelsi is grateful for the opportunity to think out loud through her Daily Bread reflections, and says she learns very much from her fellow writers.
