Marketing plan

It's been awhile since Joyful Noise has been mentioned. It's still alive and well, although its day and time have changed.

Starting November 2, the new service will be offered at 3:00pm on Saturdays* in the Chapel Garden (just outside of the Nativity Chapel.)

This service is formed around a singular idea: The congregational singing of hymns, old favorites and some new (singable) ones, too.

A regular pianist will participate, as will other instrumentalists from time to time. Fr Allen Breckenridge will coordinate with musicians. If you would like to be considered, please be in touch with him at frallenb02@live.com.

We need some help from you, the readers of Bell &Tower.

A marketing plan will be launched in mid-September, within the parish and to the greater Tucson community. Staff want to be strategic with communication and, to that end, are considering the following teasers:

—Home before dark.

—Come a stranger, leave as a friend

—Bring Grandma to a hymn sing

If you'd like to share your opinion, please contact Mtr Mary with your “gut” responses to the above three approaches. Your feedback will be extremely helpful.

*Rising Stars concerts are scheduled for 3:00pm on Saturday, February 22, and Saturday, March 22. On those concert dates, Joyful Noise will not occur.
