Many options

Saint Philip’s is excited to host this year’s Diocesan Convention on Saturday, October 19. Hundreds of attendees are expected and many volunteers will be needed to offer warm welcomes and ensure the day’s events run smoothly.

Parishioners and co-planners Nancy Atherton and Bonnie Winn have identified a myriad of roles for which volunteers are needed.

• The time shift(s) you can be available

While Bonnie and Nancy will do their best to assign roles as requested, the many considerations they are juggling might require that you don’t get your first choice.

Also important to know is that access to Saint Philip’s campus will be restricted on Saturday, October 19. Only those people who have registered for the convention—or are volunteers—will be invited to be at Saint Philip’s for the day.
