Lucy’s Warbler houses

After the 10:00am service last Sunday, children and youth assembled and decorated 20 Lucy’s Warbler bird houses. Saint Philip’s resident woodworker, Bill Donges, prepared the kits, and parishioners Susan Gamble and Nathaniel guided the assembly work. Thanks to them and everyone who participated!

Another batch of houses will be assembled and decorated this Sunday, June 18, from 11:00am-12:00pm in the Children’s Courtyard. If you missed last week’s activity then plan to join the fun this Sunday.

All the houses will be blessed and installed around the time of Saint Philip’s Animal Faire on Saturday, October 7—in time for the birds’ winter mirgration.
