Generous hospitality

A spirited thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy for last Saturday’s Animal Blessing and Faire. Visitors were welcomed warmly by roving ambassadors, delicious burgers were prepared by enthusiastic chefs, children got their groove on with Mr Nature, and youth worked hard at keeping up with requests for ice-cream and slushies.

Visitors may not remember everything about the day but they will most assuredly remember how they felt while on campus. Enthusiastic greetings, offers to help, and generally letting people know the parish was grateful to welcome them are powerful forms of evangelism. Thank you to everyone who participated!
