Annual vaccine clinic

Saint Philip’s annual flu clinic will be held in the Parish Nurse office 8:30am-11:30am on Sunday, October 2.

The following vaccines will be offered:

  • Standard dose for flu

  • Quadrivalent high-dose for adults over 65

  • Pneumonia

  • COVID-19 booster for BA 4 and BA 5

The Pfizer booster will be available for those age 12 and older. Two vaccines can be received at the same time. For example, the flu and pneumonia shots or the flu and COVID -19 vaccines.

Anyone who would like to receive a Shingles or TDAP vaccine should include that request when scheduling the appointment—and bring history of those two vaccines. Only people who schedule those two vaccines specifically will be able to receive them.

Print and fill out these forms and bring them with you, along with your insurance cards. If you plan to get a COVID-19 vaccine, then bring a copy of your vaccine card, as well.

COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Guidelines:

  • If fewer than 2-3 months since infection/vaccination: Wait.

  • 3-4 months since infection/vaccination: Consider a booster if you’re high risk or have a social event. (Get your booster 2 weeks before this event for optimal protection.)

  • 4-6 months since infection/vaccination: Get your booster at some point.

  • 6+ months since infection/vaccination: Get your booster as soon as possible.
