Monthly activities

Mosaic Community Night is a regular midweek gathering for fellowship, dinner, prayer, and study at Saint Philip’s.

Beginning on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 through May, 2023, Mosaic will resume the pattern that was in place pre-pandemic:

Schedule

4:30pm Hospitality teams meets to make dinner

5:30pm Evening Prayer in the Chapel (live-streamed)

6:00pm Dinner

6:30pm-7:45pm Christian formation (only in-person, not hybrid)

You are welcome to participate for the entire evening or just a portion. If you don’t drive at night or kids need to get to bed, feel welcome to attend for prayer and dinner. If you’re running late after work, then join the group at 6:30pm for study. Whatever works for you is perfect.

Hospitality

The addition of a hospitality team this year is new, and help is needed. If you would like to sign up to help once, monthly, or routinely, please click here. If you have any questions, please contact Mtr Taylor at taylor.devine@stphilipstucson.org, Dcn Susan at susanerickson27@gmail.com or parishioner Landon Swanson at landonswanson27@gmail.com.

Monthly activities

August
Welcome back! Mosaic begins with hands-on activities to build community practices:

Bake bread with Dcn Ruthie, make cards with artist and parishioner Susan Gamble to share with homebound parishioners, and play games on game night.

Hospitality team instruction will be provided throughout the year, but if you’re interested in learning to cook for a crowd, sharing your gifts for hospitality, or in honing your skills, please join us!
