We’re connected
After the awfulness of the shooting in Texas, many of us look for some way to make a difference.
We have learned that two of the families devastated by the attack in Texas are connected to Saint Philip’s through a relative at our parish.
Details are still being revealed but we know that one family’s daughter, Eliahna, was shot and killed. Her cousin, Noah, was also shot; he underwent surgery and is now recovering.
There is no amount of money that will ever make up for this loss but we can, perhaps, use this opportunity to help ease at least one of the burdens in the days ahead as they grieve.
