Advocacy training

Members of Saint Philip’s anti-racism discussion group invite you to join them for a free workshop that will teach the basics of legislative advocacy.

Instruction will focus on how to help save the land known in English as “Oak Flat,” an outdoor sanctuary sacred to the western Apache people.

The training will take place from 1:00pm-3:30pm via Zoom on Sunday, May 15 (and the weekly anti-racism conversation at 1:00pm will be canceled.) The deadline to register is today, May 13.

This workshop is a partnership between the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona and the Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty (BJC).
