Christmas boutique

Last year’s Christmas boutique was such a success that Saint Philip’s will offer it again this year on Thursday, December 15.

The deadline for donations is Thursday, December 8. Thank you!

The boutique is held for Pascua Yaqui children in Old Pascua Village. It offers the children the ability to choose gifts from among donated items that they can give their elders/caregivers at Christmas.

Donations are needed, as are volunteers who will serve as elves. Dcn Susan Erickson will serve as an elf; if you’d like to join in the fun, please email her at SusanErickson27@gmail.com.

New items needed for the boutique:

• Personal Care: body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, perfume, aftershave, toothpaste, mouthwash, razors, etc.

• Socks, sweaters, gloves, hats, scarves, warm throw blankets

• Gently-used jewelry

• Household and kitchen items that are clean, work, and are “like new!”

• Bric-a-brac/decorative items

Also needed are wrapping paper, scotch tape, pens, scissors and name tags.

Please leave donations in the East Murphey Gallery on Sunday mornings. During the week, donations can be left outside Mtr Taylor’s office in a bag marked “Christmas Boutique.”
