Safe Place: Mind, Body, & Spirit is part of Saint Philip’s Health Ministry.

The group is looking for a co-facilitator for its meetings via Zoom 12:00pm-1:00pm every Friday. There is no preparatory work required; the only requirement is to be a good listener and a compassionate prayerful person.

The mission of “Safe Place: Body, Mind and Spirit” is to provide a confidential setting where hurting, suffering adult parishioners may explore their experiences of grief, loss, loneliness, anxiety, family problems, physical issues or any other adversity of body, mind, or spirit and find solace and love within a Christian community.

We all have times when we are worried about ourselves, a family member or friend who is suffering from a chronic physical condition, having a hard time with isolation from the pandemic, or stressed about re-entering a world that feels like it could be unsafe. Sometimes we just need someone to listen to and support us.

This ministry offers a safe place to talk about whatever concerns you. Please direct any questions to Cheryl Mason at cherylannmason@aol.com.
