'Giving September'
During September Saint Philip’s will ramp up opportunities to help those in the wider community. Check it out below.
September 5—First Sunday Drive
Please leave all donations for the following First Sunday Drive beneficiaries on the old wooden chest outside the east entrance to the sanctuary, or bring to the parking lot outside the East Gallery between 11:30am-12:30pm.
Diaper Drive—Interfaith Community Services (ICS) is holding a Diapers & Wipes collection. If you can’t get them to the church by Sunday, you may take them to ICS, 2820 W Ina Road by September 11.
Food Pantry—Especially needed in the Food Pantry are PB; mac and cheese; canned fruits and vegetables; canned pasta dishes like spaghetti and meatballs; canned chicken; soups; pasta; canned pasta sauce.
September 11—Community Food Bank ‘HungerWalk’ (read the related article HERE)
The group will meet at George Mehl Park at 8:30am.

September 12—TIHAN Poz Café Collections
Please leave all donations on the old wooden chest outside the east entrance to the sanctuary. or deliver them to the office by Monday, September 13.
Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network (TIHAN) donations needed are: Toilet paper, individual laundry detergent packets, travel-size deodorants, travel-size facial tissue packets, bottles of liquid hand soap, gift cards to grocery stores valuing $10.00 to $15.00.
