New Formation Series

The Thursday morning study group will pause for two weeks and return at 10:00am on April 15. The upcoming six-week series is titled, “This is Most Certainly True: An Examination of the Lutheran Small Catechism.”

Since the 1999 ratification of Called to Common Mission, the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) and the Episcopal Church have walked together in their lives of faith, been served at the altar by clergy of both denominations, and worshipped alongside each other in the pews.

If you have ever wondered how the beliefs of the Lutheran and Episcopal denominations differ, join us for this Zoom class led by Beloved Corps member Sam Christopher. The group will study Martin Luther’s Small Catechism alongside the catechism in The Book of Common Prayer. You can view the schedule for the class via this link: bit.ly/catechismclass.
