Labyrinth Committee makes donation

The Saint Philip’s Labyrinth Committee wants to thank all who have participated in the Labyrinth and Pet Memorial projects through volunteering, or by purchasing commemorative bricks, or both.

The two projects were funded by members’ generosity and didn’t impact the church’s operating budget. Indeed, parishioner donations have generated a surplus for ongoing maintenance and donations to charitable organizations in the Tucson community.

The labyrinth committee is pleased to transfer $5,000.00 to Saint Philip’s Outreach Ministry to support Saint Philip’s Food Pantry and Interfaith Community Services.

Of special note, the committee says that while COVID-19 has interrupted the monthly full-moon labyrinth walks, it looks look forward to resuming the community of prayer-walking in the future.
