Mosaic 2021

Mosaic Community Night will resume at 5:30pm on Wednesday, January 13 with Evening Prayer and the first of many conversations about the liturgy of the Holy Eucharist and the transformation it proclaims. Each time we celebrate and share the Eucharist we pray that we may be made new, both individually and as a community, and we do so with confidence and hope because we believe the Eucharist is Christ's gift to sustain and nourish his Body, the Church.

Mosaic is a regular gathering for fellowship, prayer, and study. It provides a consistent opportunity for people to come together and share the joy of life, sustained in Christ's love.

With the January restart, those attending will read and discuss Living the Eucharist: Affirming Catholicism and the Liturgy (2001), a wonderful collection of reflections that considers the significance of the different parts of the Eucharistic liturgy, from the gathering rite, through the liturgy of the word and the sermon, the creed, to the communion and the dismissal. We'll ask the fundamental question: "What is the connection between the celebration of the Eucharist and the rest of our lives?"

Please follow this link to order your copy of Living the Eucharist and join us on the 13th for an introduction to the series! All are most welcome!
