Looking to help?

November First Sunday Drive.  This coming Sunday, November 1, you can contribute to the work of Interfaith Community Services by bringing children’s diapers (especially sizes 4 and up) and adult diapers (any size) to the parking lot outside the East Gallery between 1:00pm-3:00pm.

December First Sunday Drive:  Cookies and Coats!  It’s not too early to make plans to donate new or used women’s coats to the Sister José Women’s Shelter, and to buy or bake Christmas cookies for Casa Maria. Cookies and coats will be the theme for December’s First Sunday drive on December 6.

ICS “Holiday Gifts of Love.”  You can brighten this Christmas season for a client family of ICS through gift-giving. Saint Philip’s has pledged to help 20 families. To be matched with a family, call ICS directly at (520) 526-9304.

Cooks and Delivery People Wanted!  All of us have times when we’d welcome a warm meal that we don’t have to prepare ourselves. Would you be willing to cook a meal (or purchase, pick up and deliver one from a restaurant) for a fellow parishioner? If you would like to be part of a Saint Philip’s Meal Train, please e-mail Deacon Susan Erickson at susanerickson27@gmail.com.

Food Pantry Donations Always Welcome!  The Food Pantry welcomes donations of easily opened cans of fruit, Vienna Sausages, hearty soups and chili and Spam, as well as other items from your pantry (or dollars from your wallet) you might like to contribute. Donations can be brought to the church office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-12:00pm.
