Annual Meeting Part One

Each year in January, we gather for two Sundays of our parish's Annual Meeting. During the annual meeting we hear from the leadership of the parish about the state of our ministries and finances, and about our vision for the future together. Annual Meeting is also crucial because it is when we elect new members for the Vestry.

This year, Annual Meeting will be held on January 14th and January 21st at 10:15am in the Gallery.

On January 14th, Fr. Robert will give a Program and Mission update, and the slate of candidates for vestry will be finalized. Nominations from the floor will be accepted on January 14th only - no nominations from the floor can be made on the 21st. In order to be nominated, the nominee must be a Pledger of Record for 12 consecutive months, communicant in good standing (attends worship and communion at least 3 times a year), and an active participant in ministries of the parish; must have previously agreed to serve, if elected; and must bring 150 copies of a one-sheet biography with picture. There will be no nominations from the floor during Part II of the Annual Meeting (January 21).
