Art auction

The Murphey Art Gallery will host an art auction and sale 3:00pm-6:00pm on Saturday, April 27.

* Preview of live auction items
* Silent auction begins
* Refreshments available

4:00pm-5:30pm
* Live auction (yes—there are that many items to bid on!)

There will be a mix of abstracts, landscapes, photography, and watercolors—over 80 pieces to date!

Plan on a fun afternoon filled with great snacks, wine and drinks, community fellowship—and beautiful art!

This event was inspired by art donations made by the estate of Ottilie Rose Matchett. As she was involved with the Needlepoint Group many years ago, the Murphey Art Gallery Committee will use all money raised for the repair of Altar frontals and kneelers, as well as the restoration of some of Saint Philip’s sacred art pieces.
