All Souls Day Name Submission
Each year at our All Souls Day service we read a list of names - people who have died, but whose memory is alive in the hearts of those who love them. If you would like us to include your loved ones in that list, please submit their names using the form linked below.
Communications Request Form
If you need publicity of any kind, including flyers, brochures, posters, verbal announcements on Sunday mornings, or printed announcements in the announcements booklet, the best way to get those requests met is to submit a communications request form. You can either download and print the request form and return it to the Communications Office or complete the paperless online form.
These should be submitted two weeks in advance of when you would like publicity to begin.
Facilities Request Form
You may either complete the facilities request form by using our paperless online form or download a paper copy to print and complete and then submitting it by mail, in person, or by fax at 520.299.7012
You can make your pledge either by downloading and printing the pledge form and returning it by mail or in person. You may also complete the paperless pledge form online by clicking "Online" below.
