Nicholai Robbins a Tucson native, began playing the violin at age 3. He is currently 18, and a student of Lauren Roth. He has excelled in Ensemble Chamber Competitions and Solo competitions winning both locally and state-wide. Throughout the years he has received masterclasses from various acclaimed musicians. He was a member of Tucson Junior Strings with Dennis Bourret for 8 years, and a member of the Tucson Philharmonia Youth Orchestra led by Dr. Suzette Battan for 4 years. He also has soloed with the Tucson Civic Orchestra and has attended numerous summer music programs.
